Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cernos, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Cernos only for lawful business purposes.
Permitted Use
You may use Cernos to access seller workflow, relationship context, and connected productivity features for your internal business use. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service or its underlying systems.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Use the service in violation of law, contract, or another party's rights.
Connected Services
If you connect Google or other third-party services, you authorize Cernos to access the data necessary to provide the features you request. You may disconnect integrations at any time through your account settings or the connected provider's controls.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and billing terms are governed by the pricing and checkout terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Cernos, including its software, content, branding, and related materials, is owned by Complex Sales Intelligence LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are granted to you.
Disclaimers and Liability
Cernos is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complex Sales Intelligence LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe this User Agreement has been violated, if required by law, or if continued access presents security or operational risk.
